Friendly staff, comfortable amenities made our stay enjoyable, especially the helpful gentleman at check-in who assisted with parking during a busy concert night next door.

Family holiday disapointment

The breakfast was truly much better than usual for a lobby breakfast and the dining room staff were very gracious and attentive. The bathroom was also very clean, which is rare these days.

my stay at the holiday inn express was great! the queen room with two queen beds was really comfortable, and i loved how close the hotel is to downtown. it's perfect for exploring the area. the staff was friendly, and i appreciated their prompt assistance whenever i needed help. overall, a nice hotel experience.

Had a fantastic time with friends! The clean gym was a bonus, and though our view wasn't great, the streetcar stop nearby was super convenient. Don't forget to budget for the $20 parking—they mentioned it at check-in. Overall, a delightful experience!
